This book is great for following along with the course material and for after you finish the course, it is by no means your only thing to read. I have to say though it is very useful and will help you get a better edge come test time. I read several pages into the text, thinking I was browsing an outline for chapter one- many primary subjects with bullet point formats beneath. Often the bullets were indicating subjects to know, with none of the substance of said subjects, leaving one simply aware of topics requiring research with other texts. However, if there is something that you do not know, there is little explanation about the rational for standard and you would need to look up information elsewhere.
